Implementation Structure of Support
The Advanced Research Infrastructure for Materials and Nanotechnology in Japan has established cutting-edge research equipment and dedicated technical staff at 26 institutes nationwide. This infrastructure supports research across three technical fields: measurement and analysis, processing and device processes, and material synthesis processes.
