ARIM-SETI deploys advanced research equipment and dedicated technical staff across 26 institutions to provide research support in the semiconductor field. The 26 institutes consists of the 25 national organizations participating in the Advanced Research Infrastructure for Materials (ARIM) and the newly added Toyohashi University of Technology.
