Yes, it can. During the non-sharing period, registrants can delete the registered data and its structured data from the dataset.
However, once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.
Additionally, the organization will not respond to individual inquiries regarding the deletion.
Please note that excessive deletion* may result in the suspension of services by the managing organization.
*What is excessive deletion? Excessive deletion refers to cases where the amount of data deleted by the data registrant from the ARIM system exceeds the reasonably acceptable range.
